1. Requirement
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
two (2) Electric Motor Driven, 4 Wheeled, Counterbalance, Sit
Down Rider Forklift and related items such as vehicle manuals,
data summary, photographs, preventive maintenance replacement
parts kit list, warranty letter(s), approved manuals, Initial
Parts Kits and material safety data sheets, in accordance with
Annex A - Purchase Description entitled (Electric Motor Driven,
4 Wheeled, Counterbalance, Sit Down Rider Forklift Trucks), to
be delivered at Canadian Forces Base Halifax, Nova Scotia, by
December 31st, 2012.
The requirement includes an option to purchase up to four (4)
Electric Motor Driven, 4 Wheeled, Counterbalance, Sit Down Rider
Forklift Trucks and and related items such as vehicle manuals,
data summary, photographs, preventive maintenance replacement
parts kit list and material safety data sheets, warranty
letter(s), approved manuals, Initial Parts Kits and material
safety data sheets, within twelve (12) months from the effective
date of the contract.
Important Notice:
It is the Bidder's responsibility to submit, by closing date
and time, a complete offer including the following:
1. Code of Conduct Certifications - Consent to a Criminal
Record Verification
1.1 Bidders must submit with their bid; by the solicitation
closing date:
(a) a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Bidder;
(b) a properly completed and signed form Consent to a Criminal
Record Verification (PWGSC-TPSGC 229), for each individual named
in the list.

2. Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

procurement.
