in accordance with Purchase Description for Propane Engine
Driven Material Handler Forklift Trucks dated 12 September 2012:

"Configuration A" and related items; to be delivered to CFB
Bagotville, Quebec by March 29, 2013.
one (1) Propane Engine Driven Material Handler Forklift Truck
"Configuration B" and related items; to be delivered to CFB
Greenwood, Nova Scotia by March 29, 2013.
one (1) Propane Engine Driven Material Handler Forklift Truck
"Configuration C" and related items; to be delivered to 8 Wing
Supply Trenton, Ontario by March 29, 2013.

"Configuration D" and related items; to be delivered to CFB

An option is included to be exercised within twelve (12) months
from the effective date of the contract to purchase:

Trucks "Configuration A" and related items;
up to three (3) Propane Engine Driven Material Handler Forklift
Trucks "Configuration B" and related items;
up to three (3) Propane Engine Driven Material Handler Forklift
Trucks "Configuration C" and related items;
up to three (3) Propane Engine Driven Material Handler Forklift
Trucks "Configuration D" and related items.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

procurement.
