Requirement
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
one (1) Forklift trucks, 4x4, Diesel Engine Driven, Sit Down
Rider and related items, including familiarization
instruction/training, in accordance with the Purchase
Description Forklift trucks, 4x4, Diesel Engine Driven, Sit Down
Rider, dated February 6, 2012, and as described at Annex A -
Pricing. The vehicle and related items must be delivered at the
Canadian Forces Base Valcartier, Quebec by August 15, 2012.

The requirement includes an option to purchase up to two (2)
Forklift trucks, 4x4, Diesel Engine Driven, Sit Down Rider and
related items, excluding familiarization instruction/training,
to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective
date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
