This amendment is raised to extend the bid closing date until
April 30, 2013 at 02:00 pm.
ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase
one (1) 4 x 2, Diesel Engine Driven Sit Down Rider Forklift
Truck and ancillary items including familiarization
Instruction/Training in accordance with Purchase Description for
4 x 2, Diesel Engine Driven Sit Down Rider Forklift Trucks,
dated 09 January 2013, to be delivered at Canadian Forces Base
Gagetown, NB, by July 1, 2013.
An option is included to purchase up to two (2) 4 x 2, Diesel
Engine Driven Sit Down Rider Forklift Trucks and ancillary items
to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective
date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
