The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase Qty. five (5) x Propane Forklift and ancillary items, as described in Annex A – Pricing, and Annex B – Requirement, and in accordance with Supply Arrangement E60HS-21FRK/HS, Group 1A, Configuration A, B, C, D.

As a requirement of the SA, this notice is published on Buyandsell.gc.ca for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days.
The requested delivery date for the above-mentioned goods is on or before 120 days ARO.
There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
