FORKLIFT TRUCK
Amendment 002 is rasied to modify the Request for Proposal.
Amendment 001 is raised to provide a suppliers questions and the
technical authority answers.
Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement to
purchase five (5) Forklift Trucks and other related items in
accordance with Purchase Description for Forklift Trucks, 4X4
Rough Terrain, Diesel Engine Driven, Sit Down Rider, dated 28
August, 2012.
An option is included to purchase up to ten (10) additional
Forklift Trucks and other related items to be exercised within
twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.
Debriefings
After contract award, bidders may request a debriefing on the
results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request
to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of
receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. The
debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
