Public Works and Government Services Canada on behalf of
Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has the
requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) "Three Furrow
Roll Plow" to Agriculture & Agri-Food Canada, Atlantic Food and
Horticulture Research Centre located in Kentville, Nova Scotia,
B4N 1J5 in accordance with the requirement specified herein.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
It is mandatory that all the deliverables requested are to be
received on-site and set to work on or before 31 March 2015. If
delivery cannot be met, the contract will be terminated.
Sourcing: The Notice of Proposed Procurement will be posted on
the Government Electronic Tendering Service (GETS) for a minimum
forty (40) day period.
