The DRDC Research Centre Valcartier has a requirement for the supply of a ground heater to thaw gravel surface in order to conduct tests with buried explosive charges at their Québec location. The products must be new and in accordance with the requirements described in the RFP.
The bids will be evaluated based on mandatory technical and financial evaluation criteria, including a mandatory delivery date.
This RFP allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 titled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 titled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
All inquiries and other communications concerning this Request for Proposal must be sent in writing only to the contracting authority named herein.
