Nature of Requirements:
Socks, work, grey, mid length, wool/nylon. To be manufactured
in accordance with Purchase Description CAG-8-0504-358F and
sealed sample.
To be delivered to Correctional Services Canada, Laval, PQ.

Firm quantity:
Year one: 34,800 pairs
Year two: 34,800 pairs

Delivery: Year one quantity is to be delivered between August
and September 2013.
Delivery: Year two firm quantity is requested complete between
August and September 2014.

In addition, there is also a requirement for a minimum option of
15,000 pairs and up to a maximum option quantity of 34,800
pairs which may be exercised within 36 months from contract
award date.

Also a quantity of 40,000 pairs of socks may be ordered on an
as-and-when requested basis within 36 months from the contract
award date.

Sealed sample, which is provided for guidance, may be viewed at
the following DPWGS District Offices:

Quebec, PQ
Montreal, PQ
Mississauga, On
Winnipeg, Man
Edmonton, Alta
Vancouver, BC.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
