The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for
the procurement of SHIRTS, Duty, long and short sleeves to be
supplied in various regular and full sizes for delivery to the
RCMP in Ottawa, Ontario. Viewing samples will be provided to
bidders who will be requested to provide a pre-award sample.
Technical Requirements: All Shirts must be manufactured in
accordance with the RCMP specification G.S. 1045-289 dated
2013-05-02, drawings, and viewing sample.
Viewing Samples: Samples shall be available for viewing at the
following Department of Public Works and Government Services
Regional Offices: Quebec City (Quebec); Montreal (Quebec);
Mississauga (Ontario); Winnipeg (Manitoba); Edmonton (Alberta);
Vancouver (B.C.) and Gatineau (Quebec).
Government Available Material (GAM): The following government
available material is required for the manufacture of these
items and must be purchased from the RCMP (any Applicable Taxes
are extra).

Delivery to the RCMP in Ottawa, Ontario:
Item 001 and 002: Delivery of the firm quantity is requested to
be completed as specified in the solicitation.
Items 003 and 004: Regular sizes may be ordered on an "as and
when requested" basis within 24 months of contract award.
Option Quantities #1: may be ordered within 12 months of
contract award
Option Quantities #2: may be ordered within 24 months of
contract award
Option Quantities #3: may be ordered within 36 months of
contract award
Canadian Content Policy: This requirement is subject to the
Canadian Content Policy and is Solely Limited to Canadian Goods
as defined in clause K4000D Canadian Content Definition.
Enquiries: To ensure a response before the bid closing date,
all enquiries about this requirement must be submitted in
writing and received by the Contracting Authority at least seven
(7) calendar days prior to the closing date.
