Item Required: Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Long Sleeve and Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Short Sleeve
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for a firm quantity of 2900 Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Long Sleeve and a firm quantity of 1060 Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Short Sleeve.
Additionally, there is an "as and when requested" quantity of up to 100 made-to-measure Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Long Sleeve (Specials) and 100 made-to-measure Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Short Sleeve (Specials). Made-to-measure quantities can be ordered within 24 months of contract award.
There is an "as and when requested" quantity of up to 300 regular sized Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Long Sleeve (flexible stock) and 300 regular sized Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Short Sleeve (flexible stock) which can be ordered within 24 months of contract award.
This requirement also includes an optional quantity of 700 Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Long Sleeve and 700 Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Short Sleeve regular sized which can be exercised within 12 months of contract award.
All quantities are to be delivered to Ottawa, Ontario. Firm quantities are requested to be delivered 45 days following approval of the pre-production samples.
This requirement is to be supplied in accordance with RCMP Specifications Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Long Sleeves G.S. 1045-306 dated 2013-06-05 and Shirts, Special Duty, Blue, Short Sleeves G.S. 1045-334 dated 2013-06-19; viewing samples and patterns. Specification documents can be found attached to the RFP.
The RCMP Viewing Sample will only be available to bidders requested to submit a pre-award sample.
This requirement is subject to AIT but is exempt from NAFTA and WTO-AGP, FSC-84.
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian Goods.
The successful bidder will be determined based upon the lowest priced, technically compliant proposal.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
