The Courts Administration Service has a requirement for the
printing and production of:
-Two (2) different custom fabricated, Wallet style, (accordian
gusset) expansion folders with Tyvek (or equivalent) and
material reinforced gusset, elastic tie closure and score lines
for expansion on flap.
- Two (2) different custom fabricated file folders with three
(3) panels, round corners, heat seal metal prong fasteners on
the inside center panel, reinforced center panel (along 14-3/4"
way under fastener) and score lines for expansion at folds.
The Contractor must provide the Courts Administration Service
with the following services:
- Supply all materials.
- Provide proofs prior to production.
- Print and fabricate folders as per the samples for
construction provided.
- Box folders separately in such a manner as to protect contents.
- Delivery as per the delivery schedule.
All quantities must be delivered by March 27, 2013.
This requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2003, Bidders
must submit a complete list of
names of all individuals who are currently directors of the
Bidder. Furthermore, as determined by the
Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental Oversight
Branch, each individual named on the list may
be requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation

evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
