DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENTThe Court Administration Services is subject to the Treasury Board Policy on Internal Audit and has implemented the key requirements of the policy over the past years. In effect an Audit Committee was established and a multi-year plan developed. The Court Administration Services is currently working on implementing other aspects of the policy.
