The Province continues to evaluate and move towards services under the respective RFP and as such, an extension of the Proponent’s commitment period as originally posited in the solicitation is required. The Province is proposing an extension of the Proposal commitment for a further 90 days to provide sufficient time to complete the evaluation and to move towards securing contracting. Should any Proponent not wish to extend the commitment period of their proposal in this manner, you are asked to contact the Province immediately so as to remove your proposal from future consideration.
