The Ontario Food Laboratory of Health Canada requires the
supply, delivery, installation, and configuration of a Liquid
Chromatograph Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (LC-MS-MS)
Linear Ion Trap system, in accordance with Annex A, at 2301
Midland Avenue in Scarborough, Ontario. The system must be
delivered to this location no later than March 31, 2015.
The Bidder must submit test results, with their bid, achieved
through analysis of standard solutions supplied by Health
Canada, Toronto, ON to demonstrate instrument performance
regarding Annex A, 5.2 and 5.3.

The Contracting Authority for the requirement must be included
on all requests for samples Instructions will be provided with
the samples.
Performance must meet the minimum requirements outlined in Annex

conditions) must be provided with the Bidder's proposal.
