The laboratories of the Health Canada Regulatory Operations and Regions Branch, Laboratories Directorate (?RORB Laboratories?) have a requirement for the supply, delivery, installation and qualification of seven (7) Liquid Chromatograph with Photodiode Array Detector (LC-PDA) with an option to purchase seven (7) additional LC-PDAs within the next two (2) years. The instruments will be used by the RORB Laboratories to analyze samples.
The objective is for the LC-PDAs to be purchased, delivered, installed and qualified in the RORB Laboratories. The instruments will be subjected to Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification (IQ/OQ). The instruments will then be operated by the RORB Laboratories for the purpose of routine and non-routine testing.
There is a Firm Requirement of seven (7) units for which the Supply, delivery and installation must be completed on or before March 29, 2018.
In addition, there is an Optional Requirement of seven (7) additional units for which the Supply, delivery and installation, which if invoked, must be completed on or before March 28, 2019.
