The PWGSC Vancouver office provides procurement services to the
public in English.
Environment Canada, Pacific and Yukon Laboratory for
Environmental Testing (PYLET) in North Vancouver, BC requires
the supply, delivery and installation of a Liquid Chromatography
Tandem High Resolution Mass Spectrometer (LC/HRMS) System at
2645 Dollarton Highway, North Vancouver, for the quantitative
and qualitative analysis of a wide variety of trace level
environmental organic compounds.
The Liquid Chromatography Tandem Mass Spectrometer (LC/HRMS)
System must consist of, but not be limited to, the following
major components, complete with all software/hardware and
interfacing necessary to make a fully integrated system.
- Two high performance LC pumps
- Two autodegassers
- Two thermostated Autosamplers
- Two thermostated column compartments
- A diode array detector
- A high resolution and high mass accuracy mass spectrometer
- A high capacity nitrogen generator to accommodate multiple
LC/MS systems
- An oil free air compressor
- Operating/Data System Software
- Operating/Data System Hardware
- System Implementation and Training
- Service & Support
- System Performance Specifications
- System Warranty
Delivery of goods must be delivered on or before March 28, 2013.
The total cost of the System must not exceed $500,000.00 Cdn,
HST/GST extra.
