Defence Research & Development Canada (DRDC) Atlantic has a
requirement to procure one (1) Universal Profile Roll Bending
Machine with accessories for Prototype Development (PD) machine
shop. The Roll Bender will provide roll forming of a variety of
structural material capability to the shop

Mandatory Delivery Date:
This requirement includes Mandatory Delivery, Installation, and
Training by March 29, 2013. This includes that all the work
related to these requirements MUST be completed by March 29,
2013. Firms who cannot meet this delivery requirements will be
deemed non-responsive and their bid will not receive further
consideration.
If your firm is awarded a contract with a mandatory March 29,
2013 delivery and the delivery and the work is not completed by
this date, your firm agrees that the contract may be terminated
for mutual consent and each Party release the other from any
past, present and future obligations under the contract.
