Full description

CT is requesting this Non-Competitive procurement to continue with ENMAX Power Corporation (EPC) for an in-house solution.

The LRT Electrical Services Level Agreement initiated on January 1, 1998, between ENMAX Power Services Corporation (EPSC) and The City of Calgary. The City of Calgary received a termination notice from EPSC on April 27, 2022, in which parties recognized the termination to be effective 18 months from the notice (dated: December 31, 2023). Then the termination was postponed to March 31, 2024.

Now an Intercorporate Services Agreement was signed in between ENMAX Power Corporation (EPC) and The City of Calgary (attached) and this Agreement shall be effective as of April 1, 2024, until September 30, 2026, or as otherwise terminated in accordance herewith. This sole source procurement is intended to address continued support of ENMAX Power Corporation (EPC) to support Calgary Transit Control Center Services work.
