EPC will begin the design, drafting, and engineering work (the “Work”) required to produce a detailed cost estimate and design which shall be provided to you in an Estimate Letter.
The Work will be performed pursuant to the EPC Distribution Tariff Customer Terms and Conditions1 (which may be amended from time to time and is available at www.enmax.com) and the EPC Standard Terms and Conditions (attached), which are incorporated and together with this signed agreement and paid deposit form an agreement between the Customer and ENMAX (the “Agreement”).
