The existing 400AMP ENMAX transformer needs to be upgraded to an 1200AMP transformer in order to accommodate the base building upgrades and the Net Zero components.

The existing transformer and infrastructure is owned by ENMAX.

Scope for a new transformer:

  • Design, drafting and engineering for a new primary service;
  • Supply new 1200amp transformer
  • New transformer slab
  • Installation of new transformer
  • New secondary ductwork
  • Energize

ENMAX require a deposit before assigning the project to a design team.
