Full description

The City of Calgary Fleet and Inventory support a diverse operational workforce of fleet operators, who interact with City fleet and equipment as part of their daily responsibilities. These roles are required to comply with applicable safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal City policies to ensure safe operations, protect City assets, and reduce operational risk.
To support consistent understanding and application of these requirements across multiple operational roles, Fleet and Inventory is seeking to modernize and standardize its vehicle and equipment, and compliance training through the development of structured e-learning courses. These courses are intended to provide accessible, consistent, and scalable training that supports onboarding, refresher training, and ongoing compliance for employees with varying responsibilities and work environments.
This project will result in the design of compliance and fleet-related e-learning training courses that enhance employee knowledge and performance, reinforce safe work practices, and promote consistent compliance across City operations.
