The City issued RFP 23-1745 for Mail Scanning Equipment on October 16, 2024, with a closing date of November 20, 2024. However, the RFP was unsuccessful as we received no bids.

Corporate Security (CS) conducted a market analysis and identified Terahertz technology as highly effective for threat detection. Only RaySecur responded and provided a full technical response aligned with the City's previous RFP 23-1745.
