The City of Calgary provides notice of its intent to contract directly with Palisade Compliance LLC to provide independent Oracle licensing training, advisory, monitoring, and reporting.
The estimated contract is $30,000.00 USD annually. The contract will be for an initial term of three (3) years from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2029, with the option to extend for an additional two (2) year term if mutually agreeable, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years.
Palisade Compliance provides the following as it relates to Oracle Software Technology:
•Annual detection reports and analysis, including a Java Detection Report and an all Oracle product Technology Detection Report, with advisory services to interpret and act on all report outputs. Scripts are provided and run non-intrusively across all City technology and infrastructure to detect Oracle products. Report outputs and analysis includes version- and application-specific exception verification.
- On demand web-based expert advisory services for authoritative answers to Client questions about Oracle licensing policies and strategies.
- On demand Oracle licensing educational resources and training.
- Compliance Assurance and potential Audit Defense Services
Notice is hereby given by The City of Calgary (“The City”) of its intent to enter into contract with Palisade Compliance LLC for the provision of independent Oracle licensing training, advisory, monitoring, and reporting for the next three (3) years with the option to extend for an additional two (2) year term.
