The City of Calgary is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive Corporate Security Incident Management System to enhance visibility, governance, and protection of sensitive data across our hybrid infrastructure, which includes cloud and on-premises environments. The solution must support seamless integration with key technologies such as Microsoft Azure, OneDrive, Exchange (Online and On-Prem), and NetApp MetroCluster.
The purpose of this project is to implement a solution to:
- Deliver a secure, scalable incident and case management platform supporting dispatch, investigations, risk management, field operations, and advisory services.
- Enable automated, end-to-end incident and case handling from intake and triage through investigation, resolution, and closure while improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
- Provide an intuitive user experience, mobile access, configurable workflows, scheduling, task management, reporting, analytics, and intelligence capabilities to support operational and investigative decision-making.
- Ensure strong security, governance, auditability, and data lifecycle management through role-based access controls, audit logging, retention policies, and secure-by-design practices.
- Integrate seamlessly with The City’s existing systems and deliver a mature, sustainable solution supported by training, implementation services, ongoing vendor support, and a future-focused product roadmap, including AI-enabled capabilities.
