The City is seeking to select a Supplier to provide the supply, delivery and performance of technical services for one (1) Light Rail Vehicle (LRV) paint booth complete with all associated equipment and systems required for the Green Line LRT- SE Project, consisting of 16 kilometers Light Rail Transit expansion from Shepard to the Event Centre/Grand Central Station in downtown.
The paint booth must be specifically designed and manufactured for painting of low floor light rail train vehicles (LRVs) and associated individual components such as parts, body panels and other surfaces. The paint booth, along with its associated equipment and systems, will be installed and operated at the Shepard Maintenance & Storage Facility (“Shepard MSF”).
The scope of the supply, delivery and technical services includes but not limited to, the following:
a. design and design support;
b. manufacturing;
c. installation and installation support;
d. commissioning and commissioning support; and
e. training.
