City of Calgary - Request for Quotes - RFQ 26-1003 Franklin Station TOD Transit Loop

1. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Schedule N - Road Construction.
2. This Project include Franklin Transit transition bust stop and parking lot reconfigured to bus loop only.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. Scheduled operational date is June 30, 2027.
