City of Camrose - Request for Proposal - Council Chamber Integrated Audio-Visual and Meeting Management Solution

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Camrose (“the City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Council Chamber Integrated Audio-Visual and Meeting Management Solution. The City of Camrose is seeking proposals from qualified Audio-Visual (AV) integrators to provide the design, supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and training services required for a comprehensive refresh of the Council Chambers Audio-Visual system.

The objective of this project is to modernize the Council Chambers technology environment to support efficient and effective Council meetings, public engagement, and hybrid participation.
