City of Chestermere - Notice of Award - QA Testing Southlink Connection

RD 240 & RR 282. A Request for Quotations was released to the proponents listed on the City's roster for Quality Assurance Services.
Amount the Various Proponents, only Tetra Tech engaged with the City by asking three detailed questions, all of which were answered comprehensively, despite this none of the proponents submitted proposals.

In response, the City reached out to AE, the design consultant for the project seeking support for QA services, however the company that previously provided QA services for AE had recently been acquired by a larger entity, complicating the situation.

AE then contacted Tetra Tech on behalf of the City. They responded with concerns of the original RFQ, and clearly defined their activities in their submitted quote. AE then suggested working directly with Tetra Tech and eliminate the need for extra administrative involvement and the associated costs.
