The City of Edmonton (the City) is requesting information from interested parties as the City considers establishing a Design-Build for Emergent Work Standing Arrangement for small projects. The purpose of issuing this Sourcing Event is to:
1. determine the level of market interest;
2. provide industry with an opportunity to comment on the potential procurement opportunity.
The City is considering establishing a Design-Build Standing Arrangement contract to assist in the design and construction of various small unplanned, emergent and urgent infrastructure facility projects. These projects will be facility renewal based, ranging in size from $10,000 to $2,000,000 with the majority of the projects being under $1,000,000.
