-The City of Edmonton (the City) invites bidders to submit bids for the provision of all labour, material, and equipment required to manufacture, supply, and deliver the waste containers on an "if, and as required" basis in the following categories:
Category 1: for Concrete Litter Baskets
Category 2: for Galvanized Steel Liner for Concrete Litter Baskets and Three Piece Litter Baskets
Category 3: for Decorative Plastic Shell with Tray and Precast Concrete Base for Three Piece Litter Baskets
-The Form of Agreement, located in the Form of Agreement Section in the SAP Ariba Platform, defines the Work the successful bidder will perform.
-The initial Term of the Contract is 2 years, starting October 1, 2026. In its sole discretion, the City may extend the Term on the same terms and conditions for up to 3 additional years. The length of any extensions is at the City’s sole discretion.
