The Infrastructure Services Department is responsible for the provision of advanced level programming, feasibility analysis, and building scope and budgeting expertise to various City departments in the area of facilities and facility systems. This includes, but is not limited to, master planning and programming investigation and report, renovation alteration and retrofit, and new construction of City owned and leased space.
In general, Work under this Agreement is intended to provide services for a variety of programming and planning projects whose size, value and time constraints require the prompt response of Consultant resources.
