The City of Fort Saskatchewan is seeking comprehensive proposals for a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, as well as an experienced and capable Implementation Partner.
The ERP solution should consist of core capabilities outlined in this NRFP, whether through a single unified solution or a combination of integrated systems that improve service delivery, strengthen financial and operational controls, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support long term organizational growth. Core capabilities include financial management, human resource management, municipal-specific financial management, budgeting and financial planning, citizen self-service, and procurement.
The City is procuring both the ERP solution and Implementation Partner through a single process. This combined approach is intended to align the implementation approach, improve accountability, reduce delivery risk, and ensure cohesive implementation from planning through to ongoing support.
