The City of Grande Prairie hereby provides notice of its intent to directly award a contract that will support operations at the Street Outreach Centre, St Lawrence Program.
The City intends to direct award $100,000 to Wapiti Community Support Association to support the ongoing operational costs for the City owned facility known as the Street Outreach Center. This buildings houses The St. Lawrence Center, which is operated by Wapiti Community Association to run a daytime drop-in center, as well as, the Extreme Weather Response program for persons experiencing homelessness.
This direct award is being undertaken pursuant to the applicable exceptions under the New West Partnership Trade Agreement (NWPTA) as the procurement meets the conditions for limited tendering. Procurement from a public body or a non-profit organization.
