The City of Lacombe is requesting quotations from qualified contractors to complete
renovations to the public shower areas within the men’s and women’s pool change rooms at
the Kinsmen Aquatic Centre.
The purpose of this project is to improve patron experience, accessibility, safety, and long-term
durability of the shower facilities through replacement of aging finishes, improvements to
shower layouts, upgrades to shower controls, and modernization of the existing shower spaces.
The successful proponent shall provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, permits,
coordination, and restoration required to complete the work described in this RFQ.
All work must be completed during the Kinsmen Aquatic Centre annual shutdown period of
September 1, 2026 to October 5, 2026.
