City of Lloydminster - Request for Qualification - Historical Landfill Land Use Assessment

The City of Lloydminster (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified Consultants to establish compatible future land uses for lands surrounding to the historical landfill site, including applicable setbacks, conditions, restrictions, and regulatory requirements.
The successful Consultant shall be responsible for the following:
1. Regulatory review and jurisdictional scan
2. Establishment of compatible land use
3. Securing regulatory approval or regulatory opinion from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment (SK MOE)
4. Development of future land use evaluation framework
5. Review of proposed remediation strategy and recommendations, if required
