The City of Wetaskiwin (the “City”) invites Proposals from qualified Proponents to
provide a modern, cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning solution and related
implementation services (the “ERP Solution”).
The Successful Proponent will act as the City’s implementation partner and will be
responsible for providing, implementing, configuring, integrating, testing, deploying,
supporting and maintaining the ERP Solution, including data migration, training,
organizational change management, go-live support, hypercare and transition to
ongoing operations.
The City is seeking a secure, integrated, supportable and sustainable solution that
meets the functional and non-functional requirements identified in this NRFP and the
accompanying Requirements Workbook.
The solution must be fully implemented, tested, and operational before support and
regulatory updates end for Microsoft Dynamics GP (December 31, 2029).
