REQUIREMENT:
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for spare parts in support of the Victoria Class Submarines, which are to be delivered to Halifax, Nova Scotia and to Victoria, British-Columbia.
DESCRIPTION:
The Contractor must supply the items as detailed in Annex A - Line Item Details.
Delivery Date: As soon as possible.
Bids will remain open for acceptance for a period of not less than 90 days from the closing date of the bid solicitation.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), and the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA).
Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement does not apply as delivery is not within a Land Claim Area.
