Solicitation Amendment #003 is raised to extend the closing date

Delete the closing date of August 23, 2013. @ 2:00 PM (Eastern
Daylight Savings Time) in its entirety.
Insert new closing date of August 28, 2013. @ 2:00 PM (Eastern
Daylight Savings Time).

The specification they have asked for is for a Super Cab model
which is a cab and a half. The tender is asking for a Crew Cab
model which is a full 4 doors. Naturally this model would be
longer than the cab and a half. Either the overall length or the
model of cab being requested is incorrect.

The requirement, as per the specification, is for a Crew Cab
with no pick-up box. If the overall length of the chassis with
a crew cab exceeds the requirement noted in the specification ,
the frame rails can be shortened by the box up-fitter.
