Title: Penticton Airport Perimeter Fencing
Location: Penticton Airport, Penticton, BC

Note to Tenderers:
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachement 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Spefications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

Work Description:
The principal works to be executed and for which all materials,
plans and labour are to be supplied by the Contractor as shown
in the plans and specification. The Works consists of the
following activities:
1) Removal of old perimeter fencing as per specifications
2) Construction of a new perimeter fence as per the supplied
contract drawings.

Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

A site visit will be held on the following date and time:
Contractors are to meet at the Penticton Airport located in
Penticton, BC.
Date: December 10, 2012
Time: 10:00 a.m local time
Location: Penticton Airport. Bidders to meet at the Airport
Manager's Office in the Penticton Airport Terminal Building. Pay
parking is available.

Interested bidders are required to provide their name(s) and
company names to Tian Lam at t•••••••@•••••.••.ca no later than
24 hours prior to the site visit. The front gate commissionaires
will only allow access to the site if previous visitor
information is provided and name(s) appear on the visitor list.

Delivery Date:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twelve
[12] weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the
offer.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost around
$200,000 to $250,000.
