The intent of this specification is to have a contractor supply 6 replacement Inflatable collars for specific Fast Rescue craft vessels for Coast Guard Atlantic region critical sparing. Contract will be dedicated to supplying parts only, no installation will be required. Please refer to Annex A for the complete Statement of Requirement.
