Hazardous Waste Disposal Services
Request for a standing offer (RISO) for a service of collection,
packaging, transport and conversion or disposal of hazardous
waste as described in Annex «A» of this request for a standing
offer.
This request for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is
required for a period of three years (3) from the date of issue
+ possibility for two (2) additionnal periods of 1 year.
The service is required for:
National Defence
Garrisons of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Farnham, St-Hubert and
Montreal
Quebec
The supplier will be selected following an evaluation based on
mandatory technical and financial criteria specified in the
Statement of requirements that form part of this request for a
standing offer.
**MANDATORY VISIT**
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit all of the work site. Arrangements have been made
for sites visit to be held on:

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority at least 3 day(s) before the scheduled visit to
confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who
will attend.

Bidders will be required to sign an attendance form. Bidders
should confirm in their bids that they have attended to all site
visit. Bidders who do not attend or send a representative will
not be given an alternative appointment and their bids will be
rejected as non-compliant. Any clarifications or changes to the
bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included
as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
All inquiries and other communications concerning this request
for a standing offer must be sent in writing only to the
contracting authority named in the request for proposal.
Public Works and Government Services Canada provides services in
Canada's two official languages.
