Collection and disposal of solid waste generated within the Park during the operating season, including waste, compost and recycling products. The Contractor must provide and place on location 32 covered steel garbage containers with approximately 150 cubic feet of capacity, 2 roll-off containers, each with an approximate capacity of 1500 cubic feet, one (1) construction dumpster with an approximate capacity of 540 cubic feet. The Contractor agrees to pick up all garbage from collection points (sites) as indicated on attached Collection Schedule, Appendix "A". All collection is to take place between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon with the exception of the Dalvay Hotel, where collection is to take place between the hours of 10:00 and noon. The Contractor agrees to action additional pickups as requested within 24 hours.
National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Delivery Date: The period of the Contract is from May 1, 2015 to March 31, 2018.
