This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Technical,
Engineering and Maintenance Services (TEMS) Supply Arrangement
(SA), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) File
No. E60ZH-070002.

The requirement is open only to PWGSC TEMS Suppliers who are
pre-qualified in the following TEMS SA Steam:

Bid Solicitation documents will be sent via e-mail as an
attachment directly from the Contracting Officer to the
pre-qualified Supply Arrangement Suppliers.

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND)
for one (1) Intermediate Technical Clerk on an "as-and-when
requested" basis.

The proposed period of the Contract is from the date of Contract
for a two (2)-year period, with the irrevocable option to extend
the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one
(1)-year periods under the same conditions.

There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement. This requirement is subject to the Controlled
Goods Program.

DND has a requirement for a resource to provide technical data
and publications coordination support services to the Director
of Aerospace Equipment Program Management (Transport and
Helicopters) in support of the CH146 Aircraft Engineering
Officer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
