Background
Measurement Canada requires a new Mass Comparator with a maximum capacity of 2500 KG readability. The purchase is to replace an equal arm balance. The Comparator is used in calibration of industry standard to ensure accuracy in trade measurements as mandated by the Weights and Measures Act.
Deliverables
All deliverables must be completed on or before 31 March 2016.
