Measurement Canada has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply and delivery of various Mass Comparators, Draft Covers and Centering Pans on an as and when required basis.
Canada may issue up to a maximum of three (3) Standing Offers. Offerors who are issued a standing offer as a result of this offer solicitation will be authorized to offer only the stream(s) of mass comparators for which they received the highest-combined rating of technical merit and price on a stream by stream basis as described below:
Stream A - Large Comparators;
Stream B - Medium Comparators; and
Stream C - Small Comparators
The proposed NISO will be for a one (1) year period with the option to extend for up to two additional one year periods.
