Band & Drill Competition Facility

The Department of National Defence - Regional Cadet Support Unit
(RCSU) Central Detachment London will be hosting the Western
Ontario Area (WOA) Band and Drill Competition 9 - 11 May 2014 in
London, Ontario.

Gymnasiums, accommodations and meals are required for the
Competition.

There will be approximately 800 cadets and staff involved with
the Competition. Single occupancy accommodations are required
for approximately 325 personnel on Friday, 9 May 2014 and
approximately 400 personnel on Saturday, 10 May 2014.

The proposed bidders must meet all mandatory criteria detailed
in the Request for Proposal document.

Some of the mandatory criteria are provided below. Refer to the
Request for Proposal for the complete list.

1. The bidder must provide the address of their proposed
facility.

The proposed facility must be located in London, Ontario

2. The bidder must provide documentation outlining the number
of single occupancy rooms available.

3. The bidder must provide documentation that outlines the size
and capacity of their proposed gymnasiums, large theatre room,
cafeteria, working room and classroom.

4. The bidder must provide a proposed menu for the period of the
contract that includes Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for all
required days.

The proposed menu must meet the Standards outlined in Annex A -
Appendix 1

Delivery Date: 09/05/2014

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
