NOTICE - SECOND OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
An additional site visit is arranged for August 16, 2013 at 1:00
pm. Interested bidders are to meet at the Forest Park Crown
Housing Complex located in Lanky Court off Forrest Drive,
Yellowknife, NT. Personal pretective equipment such as hard
hats and steel toe boots will be required. Bidders will be
requested to sign an attendance form.
Supply and install of spray-foam thermal insulation on all
crawlspace walls and floors of each unit of the crown housing
complex - 28 units in total. Removal of existing access hatch
at the front of each unit and the supply and install of a new
secure access door hatches at the front of each unit - removal
of rear crawlspace access hatch and in-fill of remaining
opening. Supply and install of specific electrical systems used
to regulate humidity and temperate in each crawlspace.
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.
NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site.
There will be a site visit on August 9, 2013 at 1:00 pm.
