For the supply and delivery of various LED lighting parts as
listed in the accompanying Request for Proposal for the
Department of National Defence, CFB Suffield, in Ralston,
Alberta..

The Bids will be assessed and accepted on a low aggregate basis.
Low aggregate will be determined summing all the total prices:

A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation
to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

No Substitute Justification

The products requested meets or exceeds the following mandatory
requirements for their LED lighting needs:

1) The products match existing equipment already installed and
keep the necessary extra inventory to a minimum.

2) The fixtures are upgradeable without changing the whole
fixture.

3) The fixtures are required to have a open mesh cover that
allows air flow over and through fixture to prevent snow build
up.

4) The fixtures come in the necessary formats of 120, 240 and
347 volt.

5) The fixtures have no lenses so annual cleaning is not
required.

6) The fixtures require a heat sink mounted directly to the
light chip bars.
