REQUIREMENT:
The Department of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada has a requirement for the delivery and installation of and training for two seed counter/packagers. All deliverables must be to Swift Current, Saskatchewan, Canada and received by March 31, 2017. The seed counter/packagers must be able to process wheat seeds.
EVALUATION AND SELECTION:
Mandatory technical criteria are included in Annex A of the solicitation.

A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
